Captain's Comments:It was an absolutely gorgeous morning, which is so nice before the cold spell comes in this weekend. Our divers enjoyed the calm waters and saw goliath grouper, a lion fish eating a spotted eel (jerk), spanish grunt, blue cromies, and a nurse shark. One of our divers took care of the jerk lion fish and he will probably end up ceviche tonight. We are out again this afternoon! PSA: Lion fish are invasive to these waters and have no natural predators and are actually harmful to the ecosystem here, so we attempt to eliminate them when we see them to help preserve our reefs.
