***Please be aware this is a 5 dive trip, if you choose not to participate in the afternoon session you will still be charged the full rate***

This is an advanced recreational dive. Before you sign up for this dive trip you must agree:

• This is a High Risk dive and I have the knowledge and skill to complete this dive safely
• I understand that my dive computer will be checked and if I go into DECO at ANY time during this tour I will NOT be allowed to continue to dive and will be required to remain on board and on the surface for the remainder of the tour
• I will abide to the bottom time, depth limits, and dive profile set forth by the Captain
• I have a certification level of Advance Open Water or a higher certification
• I have an Enriched Air Certification
• I have deep dives (<80' or 25m) within the last 6 months and have over 50 logged wreck dives
